Cookie Policy

This site uses very few cookies. Until you make a choice in the consent banner, it sets no cookies at all and contacts no third-party service. Pages, texts, images and floor plans are loaded from our own server only.
Below is what changes once you make that choice, and how to withdraw it at any time.
1. The site has no essential cookies
Many websites list so-called essential, or strictly necessary, cookies that cannot be declined. We have none. The site works fully without cookies, and they are not needed to send a consultation enquiry either.
So if you decline every category, you lose nothing — the site behaves exactly the same.
2. Where your choice is stored
We save your consent choice in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) under the key pkv-consent-v1.
That is not a cookie and it is never sent to the server. The entry stays on your device until you change your choice or clear your browser data.
In addition, the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) keeps three marks so that the site does not repeat what you have already seen: pkv-story-curtain-v1 (the homepage opening screen has been shown), pkv-hero-intro-v1 (the homepage intro animation has played) and pkv-cta-engaged-v1 (you have already pressed the consultation button, so it no longer draws attention with a light effect). These are not cookies either. The entries never leave your device and are deleted as soon as you close the browser tab.
3. Categories and services
The consent banner has two switches: analytics and maps. Both stay off until you switch them on.
| Category | What is loaded | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4, cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> | Distinguish visitors and sessions, produce aggregated site statistics | About 24 months |
| Maps | Google Maps in the location section | Show where the quarter is and what surrounds it | Set by Google, see Google’s privacy policy |
| Essential | Nothing — the site has no such cookies | — | — |
In analytics we only see aggregated figures: number of visits, device types, pages viewed, and how many times the enquiry form was sent or a phone number, email address or WhatsApp link was clicked. Your name, contact details and message never reach analytics. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
The map can also be opened without general consent. Until then its place shows the quarter’s address and a “Show map” button, and the map loads only once you press it. At that moment Google may set its own cookies on its own domains — they are listed and explained in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the site footer or in the menu. Once you withdraw consent, the site stops loading the service in question.
Google cookies that have already been set can be deleted in your browser settings. The browser can also block cookies altogether — for all sites or per site.
5. Personal data and further information
Cookies are not the only thing that affects your privacy. The data you enter in the consultation enquiry form is described in the privacy policy.
